Congressman Michael McCaul, the U.S. representative for Texas's 10th congressional district since 2005, made more high-value trades in recent weeks, according to new filings.

McCaul was buying and selling two Mutual Funds on August 26 - DFA Emerging Markets Core Equity Portfolio Institutional Class (DFCEX: US) and Aberdeen Emerging Markets Fund (ABEMX: US). These two multi-million buy and sell trades took place before the Congressman downsized to $500,000 - $1,000,000.

Elsewhere, Congressman McCaul was investing between $100,000 to $250,000 in single stocks like PayPal Holding Inc (PYPL: US), Paramount Global (PARA: US), AT&T Inc (T: US), and FedEx Corp (FDX: US).

Interestingly, FedEx shares were acquired when FDX closed at $229.02, which is almost 35% higher than the current price after the company withdrew its full-year guidance due to the difficult macro environment.

Congressman McCaul was also selling single stocks in August, including Las Vegas Sands Corp (LVS: US), Organon & Co (OGN: US), Warner Bros Discovery Inc (WBD: US), and Meta Platforms Inc (META: US).

Mr. McCaul is one of the bigger traders in the House as far as trade value sizes are concerned. National Fuel Gas (NFG: US), CNH Industrial NV (CNHI: US), and Comfort Systems USA (FIX: US) are the three most traded stocks by the Congressman. Logically, his most traded sectors include Industrials, Financials, and IT.

McCaul is also a very influential Congressman as he sits on Homeland Security and Foreign Affairs committees and previously chaired the Homeland Security committee on three different occasions.
